Overview

What this role is

Riders are the face of Henry Onyx on the road. You'll run assigned routes for Care pickups, Marketplace orders, and customer deliveries — on time, handled with care, and logged properly. We pay fairly, we don't strand you with impossible routes, and the riders who show up well move up to senior rider and dispatch roles.

Complete assigned pickups and deliveries within the promised window
Handle every parcel with care — nothing damaged, nothing lost

A working smartphone and comfort using a delivery app
Reliable, honest, and punctual — customers are trusting you with their goods
