Responsibilities

Respond to customer messages within the response-time SLA, with a warm, clear tone
Track active bookings and proactively update customers when something changes
Resolve common issues end-to-end; escalate the rest with a clean summary
Log every interaction so the team can spot patterns and fix root causes
Keep your saved replies accurate — flag any macro that's gone stale

Requirements

Strong written English and a calm, friendly phone manner
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable on a shift schedule
Basic computer literacy — you can learn a support tool quickly
Customer-service experience is a plus, not a requirement — attitude matters most
